Hi Fishes, I am considering a Senior Engineer role with Alteryx (previously Hyper Anna) Sydney. If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping if anyone here could share their experience of working at Alteryx Sydney in terms of Culture, work life balance, politics, work pressure, people, Leadership and product. Thanks.
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Do it. I’m finding there are more opportunities in tech, cannabis and in house than agencies here. Denver is becoming a true creative city. I liken it to Seattle about 5 years ago
I’m looking to move there before EOY. Would be nice to meet another marketing person new to a city. Should start a meetup, lol
Sure, if you can get a job!
Why denver? Why not ny or chi? Or la?
I love nature, so having access to the mountains would give me peace and make me happy:) I vibe with the west. I'm also open to L.A.

Lived in Denver the last 12 years and recently moved to LA. I prefer the Denver lifestyle and I think the job market is better there. But, LA has tons of recreation and is much more diverse. It really depends on what industries you want experience in. Check out the accounts of the agencies you’d be applying to.
Go for it!
I grew up in Memphis and moved to Denver. Best decision I ever made. You’re probably young, the best way to grow is change. You’ll love it here
Moving there in a month! Closing on a house.
