I’m almost a second year associate, non-trad, 34 years old with a wife and 3 kids. F here. I’ve had trouble in relationships because idk how to fight healthily. I’ve been going to therapy for it but I’m struggling atm because my boyfriend who I love so much, I’ve brought to his breaking point with my anxiety fueled approach. I don’t blame him. A lot of this stems from watching my parents & their toxic fights. I want to change not only for myself but for him, because I believe he is worth changing for. But has anyone ever gone through this & made it out better?

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

Likely getting an offer soon - already have planned vacation starting Tuesday until the new year. Do I give notice before I get the written offer/background check so I can leave before holidays but risk offboarding during vacation or give notice my first day back?
