Hi guys, Need your opinion!!! How is Innovaccer as compared to ZS in terms of work, wlb etc? I have been working with zs from more than 3 yrs but not liking here anymore, everything's seems to be monotonous and i feel a lot has been changed in ZS culture post covid. It isn't the same as it was earlier.. :(

There's no dream that can be called unworthy. Give this a shot, try your heart out and I pray to the almighty for you to come out with flying colors.
Thanks.🙂
Sorry bro, I hage first hand experience. I have been till mains stage but failed by 27 marks.
I will not suggest to go the Upsc way.
I might be negative for you but that’s my experience.
The way Upsc exams have become now they have changed the trend and it’s a big play of luck now.
@D 2
I trust you bhai! I was aspirant way back in 12-13, so cannot comment with that much assertion.
Everyone has their reasons/versions why they failed. I have mine. other wise we will go insane.
It takes sometime to accept failure and much more time to understand reasons behind it.
Actually you know what is the problem with Upsc?
How much ever I say about my experience, one will not understand unless and until he experiences what he has to go through.
Upsc is not a 6 month or 1year thing. Those who clear they say on face fake that just 1 year they studied and cleared.
They are lying! They started basics and building base when they were in 11th standard.
If you don’t believe DM , I will make you talk to 3-4 rankers who are in in range of AIR 50-200.
You will now. I have my immediate relative itself who cleared. I know his story.
Sorry to say bro, consider me a well wisher or an idiot. But UPSC has taught me to be honest and brutal. Whatever you see on Google and toppers talk is real botched up fake.
Rest upto you , best of luck.
Brother, I believe you completely whatever you're saying, just trying to have a conversation with you so that I can breakdown things and understand in a better way. I'm not questioning or doubting what you're saying. Just trying to understand things..
Really thank you so much. I appreciate the concern. 🙂.
May I know, which year passout you're and what's your current corporate experience?
How was your experience in rajender nagar? Did you live there just after your Btech?
Define ‘worth-iness’ from your perspective?
Worthiness is decided by many factors. Inner happiness, what society thinks of it, does it provide you the right platform that you're expecting. Does it align with your dreams? What change you can make? Is compensation enough to live a life decently (not lavishly)? As of now I'm able to think about these points only.
What I personally feel is that it's worth it considering the wide range of opportunities it provides. The impact it has across the fields in a district in initial years and later much more. I feel we all are contributing to the nation building in one or other way but everyone prefers a particular way much more than the other.
But when I discuss with people they only compare corporate job and UPSC on compensation basis only. They are right on this front but they speak so much negativity about it in so many fronts that these people are ruining the country. We all get confused while making a career choice. Even at fishbowl there are 10000s of posts regarding people seeking career opinion though they are from corporate to corporate job switches.
But I'm confused and now lack courage due to these negative things spoken about this service. Sometimes doubt comes in that whether I'm going to take a right decision, why would so many people speak negatively about it. I want to take a calculated decision. Don't want to do it blindly without weighing pros and cons.
Please do invest your time if you’re interested in it.
Otherwise down the line when you’ll be earning well, leading a good life still depressed.
After lot of counselling and medication, it will be come across a major reason of your sadness.
Thank you so much. I understand. I would prepare very sincerely for it and give my best for next 2 years. If it happens then fine otherwise I would move on. I have tried preparing for it for around 3-4 months long ago and completed many standard books and NCERTs but due to Job switch and many other factors left it there only. When I thought of restarting it, I always got demotivated form people's negative opinions and straightforward "NO" for this. They were like, If I'm doing this, then it's like suicidal.
But I would start again. I would be preparing along with job.
Try karlo.. shayad ho jaye ... Competition is tough.. yes it's definitely worth it . During preparation u will become a next version of yourself
Thanks. I will do 🙂
Chief
Dude just give it a shot. Don't worry you will not die hungry after preparing for UPSC you will get any good corporate job even after upsc prep.
Thanks. I will go for it without any other thought and give it my best. Let's see what happens.
You will get the answers by yourself. Try to study for say 5 hours daily and consistently for 1 month with job.
Start with something interesting...
Yes you're right. But I got confused due to some people saying very negative things. Do you feel that this decision is right and trying for it is worth it ?

Thanks for your post. This is what I wrote when replying to a post yesterday.
I've been a meritorious student in my school, have always been in top 3 (mostly rank 1) in my class from 6th to 12th, a total of 14 terms or 21 terms.
Never prepared for JEE because of funding issue, got admission in tier 3 college. Gave GATE without preparation. In college, from the joining time only I had this thought that even after being meritorious student in school it is of no use, I will better enjoy my college life, being an introvert enjoying college is far away, I ended up becoming an average student in the college. So the mindset is the key thing here. But I'm very much happy where I'm today.
One of my friends from school days once even asked me that I should have tried for the IAS as I had this calibre because he got selected in MP police.
2 years back in lockdown, I even come to that thought of quitting the job to start preparing for the IAS as I've seen interviews of Srushti Jayant Deshmukh, Akshat Jain, etc. of 2018 CSE, I got really pumped that time that how some cleared it in first attempt with self study only while only being a college passout or working in corporate with job while some was even from IT and that too software engineer. There has been many instances where software engineer working in job have cracked it in one or two attempts. When they can, we also can!
But since my package was only 3LPA, so I dropped this idea of quitting and then prepare for it. I had this misconception that age eligibility for IAS for general category is 26 years but just checked it now, it's 32 years.
But now after having 4+YoE in IT with good package, I think that I should also give it a try, probably with the job as my job is completely remote. I still have full 8 years to prepare for it, my mind has been developed even more. I am thinking of making a self study plan in coming months.
I think everyone who think that they should try, should give it a try, baad me koi malal na reh jaye man me!
