I know its a joke but seriously don’t do that. Good carbs like fruits, veggies and grains help build crucial brain areas, especially in growing kids which is why there’s so much stress on a balanced diet.

Not sure whether to be honest or not in this situation. I have decided that I want to leave my job and do a masters degree. I’m planning to leave my job at the end of June, should I warn my boss now so she can start hiring? I don’t want her to be blindsided by my decision and hiring is very slow at the moment. Plus if they hire someone I can train the transition will be easier? But I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot if they were thinking or giving me a pay rise or promoting me?
