Is there such a thing a putting too many keywords in your resume? I know everyone says to pull keywords out of a job posting and put them in your resume, but how can you tell if you're overdoing it?

I've done a lot of self-work this year re: where I've been most successful and fulfilled over my last ten years.. I'm 32 and have been in sales, sales leadership, and business leadership (I've been a ceo and am currently head of sales at a start up).

All that said, I'm looking for some words of wisdom on how to pivot to sales ops, Rev ops, or GTM strategy. The latter probably being my preference.

I have been a one man show for most of my projects in years prior and have lead 2-3 engineers and 2 BAs on my recent projects.

How difficult is it to make a switch? 12 years experience in IT.

In the past, lawyer wellness and lawyer discipline/character fitness for bar applicants have existed in silos. I’d like to finally form a bridge between lawyer disciple and lawyer wellness and focus on prevention. One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’ve already caused a stir in my previous org. Should I accept an offer I’m already bitter about? Is my only recourse to now leave the company? Leaving would hurt both my previous org and new org.
