It’s always hard to adjust to a new management style, and I wonder if others feel the same. Our company recently shuffled teams, gave us new managers, and it’s been tough. Working from home already limits team bonding, and just when you feel connected, everything changes again. New manager, new teammates, it’s not so cool. I don’t know what benefit the company gets from doing this so often, but as a rep, I can say we definitely don’t enjoy it. It just adds stress.

What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb).
