It's been 2 weeks I have left Deloitte. Even after submitting all required IT assets on time. I have been receiving mails regarding it's submission and to ignore if it's submitted.

Is someone else facing the same issue. If someone has faced it, what steps can be taken on our side.

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?
