It's been a month since my final interview for a role I'm really excited about. Last week, they checked in asking me to bear with them and making sure I'm still interested, which I am. But I'm starting to question what this delay could mean. I'm happy enough where I am, but I've been mentally preparing to leave. Since it's summer and things move more slowly, how much longer should I realistically give them?

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
