It’s been a while since I’ve posted, sorry fam! Here’s the deal, I didn’t survive the toxic boss, she gobbled me up, my pride , my worth, my money, my career.. and sometimes it’s too hard to continue trying to make a difference. Fighting for change in a landscape rigged against people like me. So if your head gets stuck in that space, it’s ok. If you need to hop on the bus and head to pity city, do it! Ball out! But we only visit there, we don’t unpack and we don’t buy a house in pity city!

This is a good strategy for my breakthru depression. Most of the time it’s really well managed, but occasionally I’ll experience bleed thru depression. I “allow” myself to wallow for the evening. I get thru work ok, but ruminate when I get home.

I put myself to bed early and say when I wake up, it’ll be a new day. Seems to work, so I don’t question why.

Nope you don deserve disrespect, its always someone higher or threats from a lawyer with documented evidence she will get right or they I’ll fire her for that claim alone , no ma’am I wish I would !! If I’m going to pity city she or he coming with me !! I love myself to much !! I had to fight do so much healing and shadow work to love my self correctly, truth me told I’m starting a non profit for this because you wouldn’t begin to understand how many people have low self worth and depression that stems from there choices and there teachings !! It’s put in you to people please early and that’s an example of people pleasing and self sabotage!! Nooo

I’m 36 and I recently reached a net worth of 1 million dollars. I thought I was doing good but then I see other people with several millions and can’t help but wonder how they got there.
I feel I’m doing everything I’m supposed to (I save, I invest, I max out my 401k, IRA, etc...).
