Black women made the career switch from corporate America to entrepreneurship during Covid-19. Sincerely raises questions whether a few fools are going to ruin it for everyone else. Though, I have to say, I lean toward allowing people to assess the risks themselves. Doesn't necessarily require formal, blanket statement public policies (especially with current state of our system), but certainly raises something to continue to look out for as communities open up.
