I've always worked standard hours for salary, usually 9-5, five days a week. I've heard lately though that four 10's has really been catching on. Does anyone in finance have experience with this? Usually banks have to be open 5 days a week and so its pretty hard to do in our industry.

What would be the best method to transition from a financial advisory role to a more financial analyst focused position? Is this type of move unheard of/too difficult to do?

Should I decline the offer and ask to be considered for a higher role that better fits my qualifications? The offer I had was with a great bank but I'm overqualified for that. Its been hard to find a job because I dont have prior experiences.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
