I’ve applied to a few roles where I’ve done 110% of the job already and I'm still not getting traction. I’m wondering if I’m being filtered out for being too senior, or if I’m not positioning myself the right way. Anyone else facing this, and how did you get around being written off too early?

I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software).
