I've been a pastor for 14 years at different sized churches as both Solo and Associate Pastor. My work includes vision casting, church finances, grant writing, outreach, community partnerships, volunteer & staff management, etc. I'm now looking at shifting into other non-profit work, but I'm struggling with how to proceed. I don't have direct experience in a lot of non-profit fields (healthcare, senior services, homelessness) and I can't afford to drop down into entry level work. Any advice?

Who is still in denial about a housing correction? The Fed just made another .75% increase. Powell said they won’t stop until inflation is 2%. He also said a recession would be better than the consequences of unchecked inflation. He announced he will bring rates to a “restrictive level” until “the job is done”. He said that labor demand needs to soften (ie: layoffs). He very explicitly said he wants to slash demand and that housing needs a “correction”.

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.

Looking for opinions. I’m an IW with 2 yrs experience working from home at a Fortune 500 company w/ excellent benefits, target salary 75k. I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later. Would I be crazy if I asked for 100k guaranteed salary?

Because most of my work and experience has been in freelance. I’m having a hard time figuring out what my work experience translates to in a Salary position.
