I’ve been at my first post-grad job with a Fortune 500 company for 4 years. The remote life and unlimited PTO are great, but I’m worried that staying too long looks bad on a resume or slows my earnings. Should I risk leaving a stable, high-perk role for better growth, or is the grass rarely greener in this economy?

The general rule of thumb for a mortgage is 28% (primary residence) of gross income. My firm switched up their process and now instead of nice size raises it’s large bonuses. So getting increasing my gross income doesn’t really change unless I include my bonus which is obviously a variable. Is their a recommended approach for these scenarios? Maybe use agi on tax return instead of gross income?
