I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I went under contract last fall for a new build that will be done later this year. In the contract the seller/builder included a clause that gave them the ability to change the price without cause anytime before the house is complete. This past week they invoked that clause to increase the price by like 7%, supposedly due to material costs. I can either agree to the increase or they return my deposit. Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?
