Dear Fishes,
I have taken 4 technical and 1 manager(final round) round in company A and currently awaiting their response.Company A entire process took 5 months.
In between I got an offer from company B and currently serving notice.
Can I inform Company A about serving notice period?

You know it. Loyalty will get you nowhere. Three years is about the max length I'm willing to stick around at one job. You're hemorrhaging money to inflation if you stay longer.
Yeah I think you’re right!
It sure seems that way. I have only ever gotten significant pay increases from job hopping. It seems like companies don't give out more than a 3-5% raise in any given year, no matter how good of a year we had.
Yeah I think so too!

It’s not just this industry but most industries and jobs…unfortunately loyalty to a company doesn’t get you much these days.
Yeah it definitely is unfortunate about loyalty not getting you anywhere!

Not the only way, but certainly the best pay. I’d give it a try to see if they are willing to give you a raise, make the case. If they won’t budge, definitely move on.
Yeah I’ll see how it goes I think!
