I would start by applying only to jobs that advertise as fully remote or hybrid. It's definitely not lazy, I feel the exact same way. But most jobs that offer this kind of flexibility will be very upfront about it, since it's a huge selling point for many people.
Set alerts for hybrid and remote postings and only apply to them. If that info isn't included in the job description, either don't apply or ask during the first interview/screening call (if you get one) about the working arrangement. You don't have to say "I need to work remotely 2x/week." Just ask if the team you're going to be a part of is in office, hybrid, or remote and you'll learn everything you need to know.
