Saaaaame. At least for me I need to get creative outlets elsewhere like music. Can’t count on my role to provide that kinda fulfillment at the moment. It was more interesting at first though, maybe it just means it’s a good time to look for new challenges?
Is agency work more energizing than in-house? Would love to pivot from strategy/insights to UX, but have been hearing more and more that UX is bland and predictable. Are these just in-house problems?
