Totally feel this. Retail burnout is real, especially juggling multiple jobs. If I wasn’t in retail, I’d probably move toward something with more flexibility and growth..maybe remote work, operations, or data-related roles. Just want out of the rat race.

Yes, working in retail definitely burns you out especially if you have been working in the industry for more than a decade like I have. It’s easy work mentally but physically it can be a lot. I want change and I’m excited for this year because I will be starting my business.
I understand that! Working a main job and then some remote freelance. I’m looking for a job that is more stable on hours. I work all different shifts, and that is burning me out.

It’s so exhausting. I am looking for another high paying job that I don’t have to work multiple side hustles. It’s sucks because I need the extra income to survive on my own due to inflation. I honestly need a vacation.
That sounds like quite a grind, no wonder you feel burned out. If I wasn't in retail I'd probably go into tech sales or something like that. A former colleague of mine made that transition and it worked out well for them.

I heard so many good things about tech sales but I’m not great at selling things to people. I know the tech industry has so much money but the layoffs are kind of scary. I’m starting a business this year so I’m excited for that to take off.
I'm sorry you're feeling so burnt out. It sounds like you're doing a lot and that will take a toll. I'm going back to school for veterinary medicine, so that's my plan. But school is exhausting and expensive!
