I've been pretty busy doing my own thing while the rest of the world was hopping on and off the whole AI train. I guess I would just listen to what's going on and be unbothered. I'm finally feeling ready to give it a shot... what's the coolest thing to try in the AI world right now? I didn’t got the bonus mentioned in the increment letter. Only increased salary. When do we get it?

Does VP or SVP really mean anything in Talent or Business Affairs? Does it actually bump salary up significantly or does it just mean a free parking space that no one is using since we’re WFH? Genuinely curious as I see some people with VP or SVP that have less experience than many with just a Sr title.

I have done 3 rounds of interviews in Wells Fargo for Senior Software Engineer. The HR who is coordinating the interviews told final Hiring Manager round is pending. I have done Client interview on 26th Nov. What next and what will be the further process?

Currently an analyst-level consultant working with a client that has an investment banking division. Since I have access to internal systems, could I reach out to bankers for networking from within using those systems? Or would that be too aggressive? lol
