If no apps, just get quicken for your desktop.
I can’t share mine because it would be way too hard to sanitize. But I recommend just going to each bank/credit card and getting a download of how they export their information. Then create a tab for just that bank using the columns they export. it will mark your life much easier. Then you can do a number of things to track your spending/net worth. This is what I did and it only takes me a few minutes a week to update everything. I then created a dashboard page that links to the individual tabs so I can see my net worth in one spot.
I used google sheets, so I also wrote an app to write down my net worth at the EOD every day. That way I have a running chart of where I am compared to where I have been. Sheets also updates my stock prices, etc.
Once I had all the tabs set up, I have google sheets consolidate the important information so I can do some analysis of my spend e.g. how much on “food and drink” across all my accounts. It took some time to build but it is so much fun now for me.
Again, can’t help you with showing you my data but if you wanted the app, I could share that and the formulas to combine sheets, etc.
I the app-script to update overnight I wrote, won't work on google. To answer your question. My stock portfolio moves every day. My NW isn't super accurate because it is only "really" accurate when I go through and update all my accounts at the same time. But, we are at the point where my net worth is pretty independent of my monthly spend.

Mine started as this but I've made a number of changes to make it easier for me to input monthly. I also use personal capital to aggregate for me but you could use your bank or credit card stmt/data file and do it yourself.
