I've been remote since March 2020. No joke, I haven't worked one full week in office since I was an intern.

Now, I'm a well experienced CPA and looking to join a hybrid role to better my chances of exposure with leadership.

People who've made the switch from remote to hybrid already, any advice??

I was full remote for 4 years since 2020 as well and switched to hybrid last year. I actually quite enjoy it. I would say look for something with a good commute, and 2 days a week is the best balance.

You have an advantage since you are a CPA. I believe that many people resigned or were displaced because they had been hired during the pandemic. Many people cannot afford to move or might have other family obligations that would prevent them from moving.
You could work for Intuit during the tax season. I believe that some companies would hire you to work remotely but the salary might not be in your required salary range.

I had my final round of SDE1 interview at Dehaat 3 days ago, feedback came back positive and HR also had salary discussion. However just next day I got mail saying Dehaat has temporarily frozen hiring process. Anyone working at Dehaat can tell me what is happening at Dehaat currently?
