Yep, small independent agency 30-50 people, there is no need to have ECD/CCO in my opinion.
CD, senior, mid, and junior creatives should be more than enough.
Agreed @SS1. Look up John Wren’s 2018 compensation. Even when Omnicom isn’t doing well, I think he makes the same or more.
