I’ve been struggling with my mental/ physical health for a long time and am definitely suffering from burnout/ brain fog/ depression etc. I’ve had some difficulty being heard/ seen with other doctors I’ve seen in the past so I eventually just stopped trying. Things have finally come to a point that I definitely need to seriously invest in myself as I don’t think my current path is sustainable.

I finally found a black female PCP, black female gynecologist, black female therapist and a black female psychiatrist. Really hoping I can reclaim some sense of stability. My first therapy appointment is tomorrow 🙏🏾

Sorry you've been having these challenges but happy you found new practitioners. Do you mind sharing examples of the issues you had with the previous ones? It's unfortunate but these days it's harder and harder to find doctors who are competent let alone know how to engage with patients regardless of ethnic background. We truly have to be our own advocates and seek Dr. Google to help. Hope things turn out much better.

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?
