I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

I want off the phone, I have been applying for Rn jobs in utilization but have not gotten the last 5-6-7 I applied for, I lost count… I am thinking more analytics and business side of things now.
