Looking at HRIS options with a client, 35 staff. They are currently using Namely but it is clunky and doesn’t include some of the things they want (integrated ATS, documents, onboarding and offboarding checklists, time off tracking). ADPRun current payroll and are considering Rippling, BambooHR, and Paylocity. Using JazzHR as an ATS right now but would like to fold that into the HRIS so that they can use those dollars for a more robust perf mgmt system. Any thoughts on these or others?

Hi I'm thinking of moving to Washington and there's no state income tax there. If I have to travel to work in a state that does have income tax, then do I need to pay the non resident tax? If yes, then it's a bum deal for me because states with no income tax usually have higher property taxes. I'm essentially paying state income tax on top of higher property taxes.
