I've been working for a company that wants everything for pennies on the dollar, & they keep adding more requirements as time goes on. I've been looking for another job to replace my current position, with no luck so far. So I keep going one day at a time. I'm open to any suggestions.

It would likely be best if my current employer didn't know I'm looking, as like many others I need my paycheck even if it doesn't match my position or responsibilities.

Hi look for work dont do it at work or tell coworkers anything they rat you out or gossip it gets to someone in the office or site. no one is loyal to you its your paycheque. its your life if they valued their employees they would honor that employment with incentives raise or something 🤔. Companies pinch pennies except their salaries and bonuses of course depends if its a project based or a corporate employment culture your in the projects prime contractors seem ti take the cream off the top for themselves first like starting salaries ( maxed out of course) their friends and family who they referred or name hired to the project through their channels of course ( hence friends and family amd bros orientated company then pinch pennies to the point of paper pens ppe anything cause there is less to work with unless they are incentivized with cost effective savings bonuses then it gets petty from safety or micro managing of course then they use the 90 day release program so you dont get the benefits and or continued employment choosing production over safety not practice what they preach. you need to find the best company for you as your choices can only take you

Random question, but does anyone know why all closed captions say "captioning made possible by (some company or group)"? Now that I think about it - it feels like a weirdly phrased statement. Are captions provided by donation or something for broadcast television?
