I've cleared two interview rounds for a Solution Architect role at Searce, HYD, and HR's up next. My current fixed package is 34 LPA. AmbitionBox shows their range for this role (12 YOE) is 35-43 LPA.

During my initial chat, I asked for 40 LPA fixed. HR said 40 LPA including variables (10%) might be doable, but 40 LPA fixed would be tough.

ChatGPT is telling me to aim for 45-50 LPA. What number should I really be going for? Am I being lowballed here?
