Please help with what'll be in-hand for this

Those of you in B4, what’s the general workload/climate like right now? Generally quite happy where I am, but B4 came calling and waving a fairly substantial raise for what is functionally the same job that I currently have, but it’s going to have to check off a lot of other boxes. I also don’t want to find myself working double the hours for only a 30-50% raise and unable to actually enjoy my improved cash flow.

Got a 15% raise this year with promo to SC, bringing me into the low 6 figures. I'm happy with the large bump, but wondering how much I'm still leaving on the table by not looking elsewhere? 4 YOE, primarily federal, implementation, transformation, and tech projects

Career advice?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.

Any opinions/tips?

So I joined IBM in May 2022 and was on bench for 5.5 months since then.I will be allocated to a project next week. Also my probation got confirmed a week back.

I have following queries-
1)With me joining a project so late, can I expect a Variable Pay in March 2023?
2)The manager told me I have flexibility to choose 2-11 shift or work in morning as everyone is flexible here. What must I do officially to get that monthly shift allowance?

( 50k per month bench + 1.10lakh per month project allowance)

I have a large team managed by 2 regional managers. I do bi weekly calls and updates on business changes etc. The other guys are day to day operations. I’ve been in post for 4 months.
