I’ve never been diagnosed but I’m pretty sure I have adult ADHD as I consistently have some, but not all of the common symptoms (e.g., hyperactivity, procrastination, distractions). Anyone else here face this? How do you manage it?

2) have you considered getting tested?

Definitely recommend checking out the ADHD bowl. I ended up getting diagnosed two years ago through a web clinic (DoneFirst). I got prescribed 30 mg adderall/day and it's been a game changer for me.
