Interviewed for S&O role and wanted to share. Recruiter told me to expect problem solving and stakeholder comm, behavioral and case type questions… It ended up being one 25-min interviewee-led case. I was surprised given all that I had read online about RRK and GCA and Googleyness and the pride Google has in its “unbiased”interview process… it felt like any other MBB interview where your case interviewer decides your fate… guess S&O is just like any consulting firm…

I got an offer from InMobi for Data Engineer 2 role. Here’s everything they’re providing:
Fixed CTC: 22LPA
RSUs: 150
No joining bonus
Appraisal only starting October next year

They are not negotiating on the salary but might consider for RSUs. Should I consider joining them? Is it a good company for career and growth in the future?

What is it about Palantir that gets people so excited? I think they are in a good niche but it doesn’t seem like their tech is necessarily a differentiator. I think that there is a lot of value in both their data and their relationships but I don’t know how they have leverage these. I like the company and like the leadership but am a little bit confused about the valuation. I bought PLTR at $10 and am considering buying more but would like to better understand the story.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. I have cleared the HR round, first stage interview with Sr. vice President & vice president, now I got an invite for a second stage interview with the director, does this mean that i have been selected?
