Aligning and communicating can take as much effort as execution. That surprised me.
How much of your role is actual work vs. expectation management?

I'm the only employee with a background in finance in a tech startup growing at a 300%+ per year. But it's actually my first finance-related experience (interned and now part-time as I'm in my senior year of undergrad) and don't know really how to have an impact as my knowledge is "limited" and have no technical mentorship.

Any advice/mentorship would be wonderful!

What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k). 2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E
