Pros and Cons of working at Cerner?
Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Twice in 5 years isn't that often. Loyalty died as soon as they got rid of pensions.
It happened to me last job
Well as a PPMD I certainly care about tenure for a variety of reasons. If you job hop very few years to chase titles then I’m less inclined to hire you, invest time in training and development to just have you job hop. Additionally I am likely going to discount your total YOE as each time you move it takes you time to get up to speed and actually be productive at that level. May not be true in all cases but it’s definitely more likely the case in public.
It honestly depends on the company. I feel like more and more job hopping has become the norm and it is not frowned upon like it used to be.
Correct as I mention before is based on the interest of the company
I look for promotions at a firm. if the candidate is only promoted when they switch jobs i value their title less than someone that earned it at a firm. Twice in 5 years isn't terrible.
Given how difficult the job market is now, it's possible that some job hopping could work against you. When openings are scarce and competition is more intense, any little problem can seem magnified. If you have a good story to tell about the moves, it may be fine, but it could be a concern.
I have 24 years accounting experience and I have switch jobs during my career. Last two positions was lay off not due to work performance. I desagree with the "Loyalty tenure" at the end of he day the company will lay off base on their convenience
It used to be a much bigger deal. If you have good reasons like you moved cities or spouses job change that helps. What they might do is require a payback of any signing bonus if you leave within a certain period.
