I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

I guess it will extend till jan 2023. Offices will be opening with hybrid model, you can ask for permanent wfh totally depends on your manager
Yes it looks like for another year it is going to be wfh. Post that it is going to be a hybrid model of 50% work from office (for me). But it varies. So you can request your manager
Offices will not open any time sooner. But my suggestion is to ask them for permanent wfh. It depends on the manager. One of my friends got an option to visit once in a month.
Okay. I am hoping to do the same once I join. Hopefully I work good enough in initial days so that whenever time comes and I ask for permanent WFH, it won't come as an issue. Thanks a lot! Hi Fishes, I'm about to start my journey in FIS on 6th Feb. 2023.
I was initially told that i would have to join at the Location, but they are now offering Wfh.
I Just wanted to know that till when will Work From Home continue at FIS, has company said anything about this or not?
If not, then Do you think that Wfh can continue till December 2023?
Depends on the team. I am from Bangalore and we were told we may not be called to office in near future. Not sure how many months that could be though. But I also heard that few teams are now working from office 2 days per week.
