I’ve worked at my job for almost three years now and we’ve recently hired a new Executive Director who has been with the organization almost 8 months now.

It’s been absolutely horrible. But besides that, he’s withholding HR from staff (2 of us). As in we don’t have contact information and can’t report any issues we’re having with him. Just ask him for it you say? I have and have been scolded and then ignored.

This is illegal right?

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.
