I’ve worked in healthcare for 3 years but faced ongoing bullying from management, despite reporting it to HR multiple times. My transfer requests were ignored, and I eventually quit. Since then, I’ve had weekly interviews but haven’t landed a job. I’m at a crossroads—should I keep trying in healthcare or explore a new career? I feel lost and unsure about what to do next. Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor!
