What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

I received a 17% raise this year. Largest raise I have received. They are usually between 7-10%
My company did up to 7% based on tenure for all workers under $100k.
We were all given around 4%. Not great but at least something.
My company did for folks based on their pay grade. I got 2.5%.

I got 8.75 but they owed me! Big gap between me and the only other admin who’s been there 15+ years. We’ve both been there at least that length & do the same basic job. That put me just under 64k
We received a 2% increase.
