Joined as a fresh DAA in Jul'22. Completed my 2nd cycle as a DAAC this December. Thinking of a switch (primary reasons are WLB and toxic team). Considering ProcDNA as one of my options. Is it a good option?

Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

How do you handle people’s kids showing up on video meetings? Screaming, kicking, hamming it up, (wasting time.) Everyone else is coo-ing…I’m not a kids person.
