I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

Anyone taking SSRI and Bupropion at the same time for ADHD? Diagnosed as high functioning ADHD with anxiety. Curious to see how this combo has worked for you. Day 3 on it and not sure if I’m feeling a bit of placebo or if it’s actually helping my focus.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. 36M here and I find beards / facial hair absolutely cringe. I feel like everyone has just gone for the 'I can't be bothered to shave' look for convenience. Especially desi guys, it's like a uniform now.
