I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

Name a more iconic duo, I’ll wait.

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

As long as you send a thank you message to the person for his or her time and consideration, it’s a great idea to add that person on LinkedIn. Your network is your net worth.
I like that last sentence!
If they found you via LinkedIn I don’t see why not. Maybe try finding their email or ask who ever sent you the interview invite.
Do it everytime
Nope lol never hurts to have people in your network.
If the meeting invite came from a recruiter or talent acquisition individual within the organization I always send them the “thank you” letter or email that I would send to the hiring manager.
I don't know i've definitely done it before but I guess it just depends on the situation!
As long as you're polite I can't really see a big downside but could be a useful contact if it goes well
