Do you mean in terms of time, money, or both? My wife and I are a team. She makes more than I do because she's a nurse, but I hope to earn more eventually (maybe). We work together to manage our daughter's schedule, and we have a lot of family support. It's tough, but we are making it work.

Yes both. Love that you approach it as a team! So how do you go about managing bills given she makes more than you?

Living in a very low-cost-of-living area, having dual incomes. Still a stretch, but you figure it out as you go along, honestly.

I feel you! Yea it is more of a struggle on just one

i don’t even know how mid levels with families are doing it so i’d love to hear

Same.

Really living below means. And being very realistic of what we can currently afford as far as child care, schools, clothing, etc.

That doesn’t mean we’re complacent or settling by no means.

I don’t know how you guys do it. Sometimes it doesn’t feel enough for one person

I was initially considered for an insights and analytics Manager - experience management opportunity, aced all the interviews and the recruiter got back to me saying they really liked me but are considering me for a Senior Consultant position in order to ‘set me up for success’, and that I could be promoted to manager anywhere within 3 to 6 months..
Not super excited about the ‘drop’ in title, I currently am Sr Mgr of analytics at a Fintech managing a team of 4 FT analysts

Y’all have been super helpful in the past, still learning what to look out for in used watches in terms of condition. How does this look? Here’s a 2000 sub I’m looking at - they’re asking $8100

My husband said he would buy me a Rolex as a “push present” for our first child. I would want just a classic, timeless (no pun intended) looking ladies Rolex watch that I can wear for many years to come. Suggestions on a style? I really don’t know anything about them and would like to get some opinions on what people like since there are so many options.

I've noticed that my coworkers tend to work more on their own than with others, even when they're all in the office. Is this normal? I feel like it would be helpful for everyone to talk about their projects more often—I mean, what if someone else has solved the same problem you're trying to solve already?

I’ve been an engineer for my entire career (10 years), and I’m curious about what a move to product management would be like. I would love to hear experiences from those who have spent the bulk of their time in one role and then moved to a product management role. Did you enjoy the move or do you miss your old position?

If you’re not buying MGNI, idk what to tell you ... $11->$18.6 in a week and MktCap is still 2.1Bn. P/S is 5, and it has room to grow for a MktCap of 5Bn based on competitors. Just putting that out there
