I need your views and suggestions. I have two doubts:
1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

Will be in the market for a car in a month or so - narrowed down to Mazda CX 50 Turbo but the BMW X3 is only around $5k more compared to the Mazda Turbo trim I liked. I just had a colleague ask me my opinion on a few cars since she’s buying her daughter’s first car. Went through a few brands trying to get a sense of where her mind was, and as soon as I mentioned VW she said “oh, they’re owned by Mercedes and we had bad experiences with Mercedes years ago.”
