Just got a salary increase (which happens annually) and it was a 3.5% raise. I've been used to a 3% raise over the last few years, which I know is standard across board, so the jump was a nice surprise! Wondering if this is the new standard... what’s your average salary increase? Should I be as happy as I am or do we have people in the bowl being pampered with more generosity?

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help.
