LOL no. I’ve ordered from Quince 20 times and never had that issue.
Same. I've had nothing but good experiences with fantastic quality. Sometimes the fit is off but that is just a me problem
Pro
Yes! The quality is terrible—it’s like forever21 but with the aesthetic of Aritzia. I want to scream every time I see people recommend the brand.

It actually the only cashmere I like the feel of. I have washable silk blouses that I like from there. Haven’t tried their silk dresses.
Quince can be hit or miss but for me it’s mostly a hit. I have sweaters, work pants, skirts, wool coat, etc from quince. My duvet cover is even from Quince. I just return the stuff that doesn’t work.
It’s VERY hit or miss. I have some line stuff for summer I love, and I adore their bedding. I also love their socks and leggings
I’ve ordered a ton from Quince and only ever had one small issue with the quality - sent an email about it and they rectified it right away. Everything else I’ve ordered has been top notch.
I’m so glad you said that. Everything I picked fit - jeans, slacks, tshirts and even a blazer. Love my cashmere long sweater too! This is my first purchase. I’ll go back for sure.
My bedding from quince is always top tier but I’ve absolutely had issues with their clothes. Real hit or miss
It’s slightly nicer fast-fashion calibrated to the millennial aesthetic. I borrow my wife’s quince sweaters constantly, they’re so soft. But if I want something that will last, I’m looking at more premium brands like Staud. I do buy used/consignment often - I’d never get Veronica Beard at retail but for 200 a blazer it’s a good deal.
