Made sure to do my due diligence asking about flexibility, work life balance, etc. and everything has been worse than what I was told. Talked to one of my old recruiters and they said this job is already showing red flags this early and should consider getting out before I’m in too deep and can just leave this off my resume. What's the recruitment process for Consultants or associate consultants on analytics side ? I was said there would be 4 steps at minimum.

My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates.
