For one of company I submitted my background check details on First Advantage on 7 July but I haven't heard anything from them.

So should I consider my background check is done ?

Looking for advice on career change. I’m a 45 year old single mom - I’ve been at my job for 18 years. I know I could be doing more. The job isn’t fulfilling and the workplace is rather toxic. The pay is pretty good - when I look at other open positions in my field / the pay is much less or the same. Honestly just unsure of what I “want” to do. Question about BO:

I’ve only experienced bad BO when I’m stress sweating (presentations, put on the spot, etc.) or on my period. Even if I’m sweating while exercising, I’ve never smelled.

However, more recently I’ve been noticing it’s all the time. I haven’t changed my diet, my job or anything life changing to affect my hormones/health.

As per my information, as I joined new company, a new pf account will be created and pf amount will be added to that account every month. But, I didn't receive any message. So, I am unsure if new account has been created or not.

Also, I need to transfer pf from previous employer to new employer.

But, I am unaware of the process.
