Just wanted to post a word of encouragement/update.

Two weeks ago I posted in here asking for tips on how to ask for a reduced schedule. I am now back from maternity leave and am struggling with being away from our baby. I was so nervous to ask my firm for a reduced schedule but I am SO GLAD I did. It was a nonissue and now I’m going down to 75% billables until I am ready to return fulltime. I am so happy I asked!
