You’re getting a 4.5 LPA increase, seems like they appreciate your skills more than KPMG did. 1 yr doesn’t matter in the long run if Deloitte is more aligned to your goals and helps you grow
Specifying 4.5 Lakhs alone is not sufficient to tell if it’s significant or not. Could you share how much the difference is in % terms? If it’s 50% then sure go with Deloitte but if it’s 10%, then ask yourself if losing your network and re-building your repo at the new place is worth it.
If you can tell me the percentage, I can chart a better pro vs. con tally.

This early in career i wont focus on designation and small amount of money. Focus on work and learning opportunity. Tech strategy IN Deloitte is not really strategy. all they do is long term pmo on most implememtations. I know a lot of folks who are part of that group. How does that compare against your work at KPMG.
A lot of monitor strategy professionals are also just doing PMO or google search for strategy projects. Remember tech strategy group has nothing to do with it.
In terms if how long, i know a person who has been on the same project for 3 years (not one account but one project). This involved Program managing a multi year cloud migration.
