Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.

Can anyone tell me the Manager bandings for S&C?
I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

Offer in hand ( Accenture ) - 15.5 fixed + 4.2 variable+ 3.1L JB
While filling CTC sheet for Deloitte USI , its asking ECTC
What should i do?
1. Write offer in hand and ask to match ?
2. Without writing - demand 18.5 fixed and mention about offer during HR discussion.
Is it possible they will not call for HR discussion on looking at my expectations? TIA

Fidelity Investments I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. And this is being followed not just in our team but in whole FIL. This is the first time I am hearing such kind of thing and didn't found any thing like this on "HR Hub". Strategy roles are not be all end all, so many good roles out there
I would say Amazon for longer run sounds good. I will also give you opportunity to explore, if you want to move away from strategy or try something new.
Offers like Healthify (basically startup’s startegy vertical) are not drying up anytime soon. You can always switch back to them but other way round is a little difficult.
Agreed
