When I stopped comparing myself to others, things felt saner. I knew from the beginning only a select few “retire” from agency life. So I mapped out options. I’ve had ups and downs, but I feel blessed about my journey. I try to quickly get over the road not taken.

I'm in the same boat. I don't feel on track at all. It doesn't get to me too much from day to day, but when I take a step back and think about where I am in life and where my career is headed, I feel a lot of anxiety. All the AI concerns are only making that worse. It makes it very hard to feel confident about the future of the industry as a whole.

Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?
